Client Services Administrator and Executive Assistant

Mary is relentless when it comes to mastering new software. Her self-declared mission statement is if she doesn’t know it, she’ll learn it. An experienced administrator with a background in application and web development, Mary has helped HCI organize and implement various support initiatives for the Client Services team. The result: efficient and effective customer service to clients across multiple countries and time zones. She loves to cook, crochet and sit around a campfire with friends. She starts every day with a long walk with her dog and best friend, Rozi.
